Our approach is based on gaining a meticulous understanding of our clients' objectives, strategy, organisation and culture.
First of all we need to meet with you to understand your objectives. This initial meeting will be a rigorous examination of your requirements; we ask all our clients to be ready to speak candidly about their business, covering the pluses and the Kaizens and be open to receiving our feedback and advice.
Once this meeting is concluded, your dedicated Search Director will pull together a team of experienced advisors to translate your requirements into a defined recruitment strategy which we will present to you for approval. We recruit across all disciplines and industry sectors, including the public sector working nationally and internationally.
Our services cover:
- Search – "headhunting" we identify and approach selected candidates in the market to ascertain their interest and relevance, of course we act completely confidentially.
- Selection – Writing good advertising copy is a real skill, using our in house capability we ensure that well positioned, targeted and relevant advertising is placed on our clients’ behalf. Using selection allows access to candidates from other market sectors who may possess relevant skills but perhaps a different approach.
- Database – Information is everything. We invest heavily in the latest recruitment software and candidate management/attraction tools to ensure that our contacts are hot and our access to them is immediate through regularly cleansed candidate information.
