Life Coaching – Explained

What is a life coach?

A life coach is someone who’s trained in the art of possibilities. It does not matter to us what has happened in your past, or what you believe about yourself. What we are keen to uncover is –

  • What you want to achieve with your life
  • What steps can you take in order to achieve your objective

What does a life coach do?

Working with you, once we have ascertained what you want to achieve, and what you believe are some of the steps involved, we move onto the next stage which is planning what needs to be done and getting into action.

Working to the plan, we then agree within a coaching session on you completing a set amount of the steps before the next coaching session.

The life coach can also work at supporting you in achieving these steps if you encounter difficulties or a loss of confidence. It’s in both our interests that the actions are successfully completed.

What can a life coach do for you?

A life coach can act as a sounding board so that you can get clear on what you want to achieve. We can then support you in creating a plan to achieve your objective and also help in deciphering what some of the steps will be in order that you can achieve your objective.

We also support you on focusing on taking action on certain steps and successfully completing these.

We are also there to cheer you on and celebrate your successes.

How long should I work with a life coach for?

Our time together is finite. A life coach is a catalyst in your change. Once you have achieved what you want to achieve then we say our goodbyes.

If you need our services again then we are always happy to speak to you.

What can coaching do for you?

Coaching is a catalyst for your life. We focus on really listening to you and understanding what you want to improve or change in your life and then supporting you in achieving that.

We believe that everyone is unique and has their own set of skills and talents. Working with you we want to see you achieve the goals you set.
